6. We don’t perform repairs or engineering tasks requiring specific licenses.
7. Any claims must be submitted promptly and with supporting documents.
8. Legal proceedings will be held in our county of business.
9. Invalid clauses won’t affect the rest of the agreement.
10. Past-due fees accrue interest, and unpaid fees may lead to legal action.
11. Re-inspections are subject to the same terms.
12. This agreement cannot be assigned.
13. Ambiguous terms won’t be construed against us.
14. The signing party represents all clients involved.
15. Large print versions are available upon request via email.
